Harvest Time!

Well it sure has been an interesting adventure : starting a vegetable garden this year. Fortunately for us, the weather was perfect : hat and dry...and summer lasted a long time. Still, fall has fallen rather suddenly and now we can just hope that the squashes and the rest of the tomatoes will have enough heat & sun to still ripen. Yikes!

Still, it has been a good practice run and next year we can start those seedling early in the greenhouse. Yeah!

This is page 3 for the Yearbook for July.

I used this new kit Applelicious' by Cathy Krenek for the page.

I also used the matching green alpha

Cathy has an extra paper pack available too : that damask is just too pretty!

Enjoy the long weekend everybody!

Yearbook July 2015

It looks like July will have 4 pages this year round. So many beauties need to be featured : like our 'pets' They bring so much joy...and a good deal of work to keep them out of the veggies!
And the squirrel (Miss Muffet) in the flower pots taking a dust bath...

I used 'Carefree' by Cathy Krenek for this page.

I have a freebie for you today - a Stacked Paper made using Cathy's Carefree

Yearbook June 2015

I have so many nice pictures from last month...it looks like I'll have 3 -4 pages this time!

Here's one featuring some critters and animals -

I used the Nature Hike Collection by Snickerdoodles Designs for my page. You can also find it HERE at Karen's personal store. (Am I the only one who does not like the new Digital Scrapbooking Studio Store set-up?)

I did another page for June featuring some ocean pictures. One can never have too many ocean pictures in your yearbooks! For this I used an all time favourite collection by (now retired) Gypsy Couture...

Yearbook - May 2015

Getting on with building the greenhouse. It was a big job, but turned out so nicely...more pictures coming next month LOL.

I used the kit and one alpha from the 'Go Camping' Bundle by Cathy Krenek for my page.

I'm already looking forward to having this book printed. The yearbooks are soooooo nice to hold in your hand and look at again and again. They are also very helpful when trying to remember what happened when!
